Associate Head Coach Jaylen Reyes reveals the secret to Nebraska’s consistency in women’s volleyball. He talks about his role as recruiting coordinator and what the Cornhuskers look for in potential recruits, beyond the physical requirements. Jaylen also shares what he learned about coaching from his father, Tino, a men’s assistant coach for Mike Wilton at Hawaii and a women’s head coach at Hawaii-Hilo. Jaylen was a libero at BYU and was an assistant to the Cougars’ head coach Shawn Olmsted before coming to Nebraska.
