Gwen Pell Egbert has won national championships as a player and as a coach. She has trained two club players that went on to be captains of the U.S. Olympic volleyball teams. She was a setter hitter at the University of Nebraska, won six state volleyball championships as a high school coach, and is currently the volunteer coach at the University of Arizona. She talks with Terry about the unique challenges that face high school, club, and college coaches.
