Gwen Pell Egbert has won national championships as a player and as a coach. She has trained two club players that went on to be captains of the U.S. Olympic volleyball teams. She was a setter hitter at the University of Nebraska, won six state volleyball championships as a high school coach, and is currently the volunteer coach at the University of Arizona. She talks with Terry about the unique challenges that face high school, club, and college coaches. Video Version:
