Re: Babcock and other heavy hitters:: Wouldn’t a useful measure in the sport be hitters’ and servers’ ball speed/velocity? Hi tech I know, but useful I think.
Steve coaches frequently use radar guns in practice to measure velocity in serving. I don’t know whether it would be practical during a match, but they could measure velocity during a pre-match practice.
